Tesla Model S/X · Battery · Suspension · HV Safety

Know What You're Buying.
Before You Pay.

T800 reads a used Model S/X's own data — battery cycles, charging history, capacity, suspension compressor evidence, high-voltage safety — into a plain evidence report you can take into the negotiation. And once the car is yours, it keeps watching.

No Tesla account required. Read-only OBD-II. No GPS, no location data.

What a same-day scan exposes

A used Model S/X carries its whole history in its own data — how the pack was charged, what state it's in today, whether the story adds up, and the air suspension's current state. None of it shows on a test drive.

Real figures from a 2017 Model X 100D — every number read in a single session.

Lifetime use
99 cycles · 5% DC

The pack's own lifetime counters — full-cycle equivalents and how little it was fast-charged. The odometer can't tell you this.

Capacity now
277.0 Ah

Weakest cell-group capacity measured on the spot, cells balanced to 5.2 mV — the number that actually caps real range.

⚑ Mismatch flag
99 cyc / 135k km

Far fewer cycles than the mileage implies — a possible replaced pack. Surfaced for you to investigate, never an accusation.

Air suspension
No active fault

Current ride-height state plus abnormal-compressor and fault flags — a same-day read on the system buyers fear most.

Own it already? Keep watching.

Just bought it, or had it for years — these are the questions a one-time scan can't answer. Only weeks and months of the car's own data can.

What is my suspension doing over time?

Track air-compressor runtime and ride-height-state evidence against this car's own parked-window baseline — before an expensive suspension problem becomes obvious.

What's draining my 12V overnight?

Detect phantom drain and parasitic loads before you're stranded with a dead car.

Is my battery degrading too fast?

Track SOC, cell voltage, and capacity trends over months, not just a snapshot.

Three Steps to Peace of Mind

1

Plug In

Plug your OBDLink MX+ into the OBD-II port. Place the T800 Box in your garage.

2

Connect

Open the T800 app — it pairs with the T800 Box via BLE, configures Wi-Fi, and verifies the OBD link.

3

Monitor

Daily verdicts, trend charts, and validated monitor status — all delivered to your phone.

What you get back

Daily Health Verdict

A plain daily verdict and validated monitor status across battery, suspension, 12V, thermal, and charging — every metric shown with its source, not a black-box score.

Predictive Alerts

Get plain-language warnings when validated trends point to 12V issues, battery decline, or other confirmed health changes.

Health Passport for Resale

Turn months of T800 Archive history into a buyer-readable health record — source-backed resale evidence when it's time to sell.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does T800 collect data during Supercharging?

Yes. When the T800 Box stays powered during charging, it can capture Supercharging sessions and record high-power charging context such as thermal behavior and charging profiles.

Why is air suspension monitoring so important for Model S/X?

Because small air leaks often stay invisible until the car starts sagging or the compressor overworks. T800 analyzes deep-idle suspension behavior and multi-signal evidence so you can see degradation earlier.

Does T800 void my Tesla warranty?

No. T800 uses the standard OBD-II diagnostic port with passive, read-only access. It never sends commands to your vehicle. Using the OBD-II port is explicitly permitted under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Which Tesla models are supported?

T800 is built for Tesla Model S and Model X. Current field validation is based on a 2017 Model X 100D, with additional Model S/X variants under validation. If you have a different configuration, contact us before ordering.

Do I need technical skills to install it?

No. Plug the OBD adapter in, connect the T800 Box to power and Wi-Fi, and follow the app guide. The entire setup takes under 5 minutes.

Is my data private?

Yes. The CAN bus T800 reads carries no GPS, no location, no cabin audio — just voltages, currents, temperatures, SoC, odometer, charge state, and motor/thermal signals. Your telemetry syncs to our cloud as a permanent health record (T800 Archive), but you can switch to Strict Local Mode anytime to keep everything on the device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What happens if I cancel?

Your $300 device deposit is fully refundable. Return the device and get your money back, no questions asked. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
